It’s really a complicated plot with a quirky twist in Chinese housing and building between 2007 and 2008.In 2007，our government brought into macro-control effects of deflation with the acceleration speed，a lot of the norms up to their new levels. The housing become unmarketable with the economical international and national influence in 2008. The housing policy was adjusted by the state and local government in the second half of 2008，they encouraging normal housing consumption. This paper analyzes real estate-control policy，present situation and problems of the housing issue，with orientation to policy reco mmendation.
