>The problem of rural migrants’ wage arrear has existed for a long time.In 2003，Chinese government began to attach great importance to the problem.Many policies and measures have been taken to solve it.After these years’ effort，rural migrants’ wage arrear has been lessened.This chapter describes the basic situation of rural migrants’ wage arrear，measures taken by the government dealing with wage arrear and the lessening of this problem.It also puts forward some policy suggestions to solve the problem further.
