Women’s consumption has played an important role to fend off financial crisis，since women’s consumption is stable，growing and creative. Women’s life quality is highly related to their families，and changes according to the economic situation of the time. Marriage，age and localities also show differences in women life. Women graduates face difficulties in seeking jobs. What they should do is to change their ideas about jobs. However，the government，society，schools，companies and women’s federations should make concerted efforts to help them. To solve the issue of lost-land-women，China should work out a comprehensive package including cash compensation，job assignment，collective income distribution and social security guarantee. Chinese women’s life quality will improve in 2010，and the key to the improvement is to continue the macro consumption policy and stabilize it. Women’s job opportunities should be increased，their incomes expanded and those poor women’s life should also be improved.
