<<The survey shows 56.7 percent students feel female graduates have less opportunity in job market. 56.3 percent have lowered their standards for jobs. Female students are facing three difficulties:lack of experience,lack of social resources and pressure. The conclusion is that it is hard for female students to get jobs and this has become an unavoidable social issue. It is the contradiction between economic efficiency and social justice under market economy. As a result,women suffer from gender discrimination in the job market. Recommendations:national planning and policy system for college graduates’ employment should include gender equality and create a fair,just and equal employment environment. Industrial structure should be better adjusted to help implement employment policies. Services should be improved also. Laws and regulations on equal job opportunities should be perfected to protect female graduates’ job rights. The government should take economic measure to help cover the cost of women employment and create more jobs for female graduates.
