Following the previous three surveys，the fourth survey was carried out in 10 big and medium Chinese cities in the last quarter of 2008. There are 1011 valid returned questionnaires. On the whole，those surveyed are quite satisfied with their life status and their life attitude is positive. However，they have a lower opinion of life quality compared with last year. Among other things，the worst is income. The survey shows three factors affect city women in their evaluation of life quality：marriage life，health condition and income level.Children and income bring them happiness or worry or both. Compared with last year，city women’s job satisfaction continues to drop，and work pressure is growing. City women actively participate in social life as well.
