This paper has analyzed the fundamental conditions of social,economic and industrial development of Xi'an City,established the City Industrial Competence Technical System to compare the industrial competence of 12 pearl cities on Eurasian Continental Bridge and calculated the gravity values among 12 pearl cities by using City Gravity Model. By doing all above,we finally conclude that,after world financial crisis,Xi'an has stepped on a new development platform,and the industrial structure has been adjusted faster. Additionally,the gravity value between Xi'an and Xianyang is the highest,and Xi'an should play a"heart"role on the Eurasian Continental Bridge. Above all,we should try our utmost to upgrade the proceeding of the integration of Xi'an and Xianyang,so as to build and integrate Xi'an and Xianyang into an international metropolis sooner. <<
