The 9th China Arts Festival was held in Guangzhou，it was the first time that China Arts Festival held in southern China or its capital cities，which embodies the high level of trust Ministry of Culture to Guangdong Province and Guangzhou and the fully affirming of CPC Central Committee and State Council to the cultural，economic and social development of Guangzhou. The successful hosting of the 9th China Arts Festival boosted the cultural construction greatly，displayed people’s outstanding morals and characters，promoted the cultural image of Guangdong Province and Guangzhou，which certainly has a long-term impelling force to the development of economy，culture and society. The meaning of successful hosting of the 9th China Arts Festival was beyond itself；the experience we drew in the festival carried our work to a new stage and made a good start for the Asian Games.
