In 2009，the cultural construction of Haizhu District has made certain achievements in such aspects as public cultural service system，mass culture and art activities，cultural heritage protection，cultural industry development，cultural market construction，etc.，but there are also some unsatisfactory situations and problems. In 2010，the cultural construction of Haizhu District will，on the basis of summarizing achievements and analyzing problems，deeply explore and practice in such aspects as planning of cultural cause system，construction of cultural service system，planning and guidance of cultural industry，development of culturally-featured tourism brand and construction of cultural cadre team，etc.，and make new and greater contributions for promoting great development and prosperity of culture in Haizhu District.
