In June 2011, Kyrgyzstan held the presidential election successfully in accordance with the new constitution adopted by referendum in 2010 and it firsttime realized the supreme power transfer peacefully and smoothly. That means Kyrgyzstan's political development entered into a new stageafter two abnormal regime change in 2005 and 2010 respectively, the country is attempting to get a reasonable and balanced supreme power distribution, in order to form a understanded and supported political operation model by the public, and to maintain a basic political stability. Study of abnormal change of super power in Kyrgyzstan in 2010 can provide references for other political bodies in the "Post-Soviet Space", especially for other Central Asian countries.
