Year of 2012 is the 20th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Central Asian countries. Within the twenty years, China and Central Asian countries have established friendly relations and become good neighbors, good friends and good partners. This paper summarizes the experiences of establishment of friendly relationships from different angles of China and Central Asian countries in order to further promote and deepen bilateral friendly relations. <<
