The 2010 turmoil turned out massive tests to the transitional government of Kyrgyzstan, which under the leadership of Roza Otunbayeva had withstood all the them. The successful presidential election on October 30th, 2011 achieved the peaceful transfer of the state government for the first time. It opened a new page in the history and paved the way for the new president. President Atambayev put anti-corruption the focal point of the national political life after he took office. Although the social economy showed a certain degree of development in the considerately stable situation, it still had a unenthusiastic future: the incompletely solidified government facing the potential threats from terrorism and extremism; the national economical operation running with difficuties; the living standard of people waiting to be improved; external relations seeking development among various strong competition. In addition, the fight for military bases in Kyrghyzstan between Russia and the United States of America as well as the discussions over Customs Union made Kyrghyzstan a continou focus of the international community.
