In response to the crisis of climate change and energy resource crisis,the Korean government established a low-carbon green growth strategy,and implemented the relevant systems and policies. The newly released South Korea 《The Fourth of Territorial comprehensive plan amendment (2011-2020)》 is the touchstone of Korean low-carbon green growth policy responses in the National Territory field. It is also a representative Territorial Development Strategy which clearly shows Korean government's will. <<
