为了真实反映女性健康状况和女性健康消费需求,中国妇女杂志社、华坤女性消费指导中心和华坤女性生活调查中心,在北京、上海、广州、深圳、杭州等17个城市的女性中进行了一系列调查,取得3538份有效样本,获得了80多万个数据。
调查结果表明,城市女性对现有的医疗保健体系、自身健康状况、环境安全和生活方式表现出强烈的关注,并且健康消费旺盛。其健康消费呈现4大热点:购买最多的是保健食品,消费增长最快的是健康服务,需求最旺的是健康知识,消费最认同的是绿色环保。
城市女性在健康消费中存在的问题是:她们关注健康,但缺乏正确的健康知识;重视健康,但健康促进行为相对滞后;健康产品和服务不能充分满足女性需求。为此提出4条建议:开展对女性健康消费的教育和指导,重视对女性健康消费产品的开发,加强健康消费产品和服务安全与质量的监督,加强女性健康消费的市场调研和信息服务。
<<In order to truly reflect women’s health status and women’s healthy consumption demand,Chinese Women of China Magazine,Huakun Women’s Life Survey Center and Huakun Women Consumption Guidance Center carried out a series of surveys in 17 cities including Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen,Hangzhou and so on. The surveys have collected 3538 samples and more than 800000 data.
The survey results show city women express strong concern for existing medical and health care system,their health status,environmental safety and lifestyle as well. They have strong desire for consumption and their healthy consumption has four characteristics:They spend most on health food;the fastest consumption increase is on health service;the most in need is knowledge on health;their consensus on consumption is green and environment-friendly.
Although city women pay attention to health,they lack correct knowledge about health. They care for their health,but lack actions benefiting their health. Also health products and services are not enough to meet women’s needs. Therefore we have four suggestions to make. First is to provide education and guidance on women’s healthy consumption. Second is to pay attention to develop products and services to meet women’s healthy consumption needs. Third is to strengthen the supervision of safety and quality of health products and services. Fourth is to improve women’s consumption market survey and information service.
