In the year of 2008，the giant earthquake in Wenchuan caused great damage for the education and the post-disaster education reconstruction has become the major theme. The states continue to give priority to the development and investment of the education，to promote the education equity. The free compulsory education was promoted from the rural areas to the urban，the issue of teachers’salary in the compulsory education and the problem of education for the migrant works’ children were improved. Some deep-seated problems exposed in the rural education，urban basic education and the higher education need to promote the substantive education reform. The state starts to develop the National Guidelines for Middle and Long Term Educational Reform and Development，planning the education reform for future.
