In the year of 2008，the Teacher Strategy becomes the focus for all levels of government，the Ministry of Education and local governments focus on the promotion of teachers’ quality in different fields through different forms；there are new breakthroughs for the Free Charge Normal Education Policy；the issue of substitute teacher gets solutions further. But there are debates and controversy on the teachers’ profession，the image and moral of the teachers are facing unprecedented challenges. Based on the above realities and analysis，we give the appropriate suggestions and remarks，for a smoother and healther road of the teachers’ professional development in China.
