Based on certain investigation to undergraduates in taking up an occupation，this paper analyzed the correlativity between specialty and occupation in deferent levels，areas，sorts and deferent universities and colleges. There are problems in the course of running，such as ignoring market need，no clear orientation，lack of characteristics，and low quality. In order to cultivate characteristic talents，the runners should combine the running orientation and characteristic with market need effectively.
