Chinese rural hospitals are facing multi-choice in medical reform：will it be rural institution countryside（town）“government-based”hospital or turn to be urban community health service center？Will it upgrade to hospital or turn to be other health agency such as nursing home？The author makes some analysis investigations and proposes coping suggestions about the background of rural hospitals，development targeting and operation variance.
