2006年全国卫生总费用9843。34亿元，增速略慢于宏观经济增长。同时，本文简要描述了2006年我国卫生总费用机构流向构成、城乡卫生费用和卫生总费用的国际比较。最后，提出构建基本卫生服务筹资制度的具体行动方案。
<<In 2006，the total expenditure of health （TEH） is 984.334 billion yuan in China，of which its growth rate is a little lower than that of GDP. Meanwhile，the article gives a brief description of the distribution of TEH among health institutions，and the health expenditure in rural and urban areas and comparision of TEH in different countries. The specific scheme for the construction of essential health care finacing system are proposed.
