The year of 2009 is a challenge for China Property Management. Facing to the influence on property management industry from the sudden financial crisis，the whole industry make a confidence，efforts to meet the difficulties，look for opportunities in crisis and create hope during the difficult times. They keep a steady and rapid development and show a positive image of the industry to the community. But some deep-seated contradictions and problems have continued to come out in the development of the property management which can not be ignored. Improving the property management has become a major issue to be studied and resolved for the industry. In this paper，it has elaborated on the development of the industry in 2009，analyzed the hot issues and propose a solution on improving the property management.
