文章总结了2009年我国食品药品监管工作所取得的成绩，同时提出要清醒地认识到当前监管工作还面临不少问题和困难，必须切实加以解决；并根据党中央、国务院和卫生部对食品药品监管工作的要求，部署2010年各级食品药品监督部门的工作任务。

The article summarized the achievements of food and drug administration in China，and reminded that there were still problems and difficulties in supervision and management to be solved at present. According to the requirements on food & drug supervision of the Party Central Committee，State Council and the Ministry of Health，the tasks of the Food and Drug Administration at all levels on 2010 was programmed.
