本文回顾了2009年中国经济运行的基本情况，并对2010年中国经济的走势进行了分析和展望。我们的结论是：2010年中国经济的国际环境虽略好于2009年，但由于世界经济仍属于低速运行的困难年景，中国经济逆风运行的大势未改，加之自身调整结构、转换机制等需要，稳健发展仍然会是主基调，增长率可望为8%～9%。
<<In this paper，I reviewed running result of China economy in 2009 and gives analysis and prediction in 2010. The conclusion is that even though the globe environment of economics will be better than 2009 slightly，China economy will still in the situation of against the wind，adding the factors of adjust of economic structure and mechanism reform，steady growth will be the main tone，the growth rate will be 8% to 9% in 2010.
