In 2009，in the face of the stern employment situation brought by the macro economic depression，China takes all measures to promote the employment；it is estimated in conservative that the urban employment newly has increased 12 million in the whole country，which are 133% of all-year target task；six million unemployed people have obtained re-employment，which are 120% of all-year target task；about 1.6 million people who are difficult to get employed have obtained re-employment，which are 160% of all-year target task. In 2010，China’s macro economy will stabilize and rise，the employment situation will be better than it in 2009；the each national policy for employment promotion should be insisted unceasingly，the labor demands should be stabilized or expanded，and the public employment service mechanism construction should be consummated；the attention stress should be laid on the problems concerning the employment of this year’s university graduates，the employment of “4050 group”（women aged above 40 years old and men aged above 50 years old），the hidden unemployment，the institutional barrier in the labor movement，and the reform of unemployment insurance system，and so on.
