The world economy has obvious tendency to bounce in the second quarter of 2009，the economy of developed and developing countries bounce back universally，the international trade of month-on-month growth also has recovery tendency，and the leading indicators have also showed that the world economy and the world trade will continue to go for the better in the second half of the year. But the world economic risk still does not allow to be belittled，the recovery foundation is still unstable，and the world economy possibly presents the temperate adjustment in the interim period. It is feasible for China to insist in the macroeconomic control policy，and to hold the opportunity of international market recovery simultaneously.
