The number of migrant children kept increasing in 2009，exhibiting distinct features of “in family” and “permanent residence”. Facing this new situation，some local governments adopted measures for education of migrant children. The focus has shifted from equal opportunity to equity in education. Issues such as post-junior-middle education，psychological health，and faculty have become the most significant aspects in the education of migrant children.
