Emergencies on schooling，family upbringing and social environment in 2009 revealed discouraging situation in the current growth environment of teenagers. We are facing problems of exam-oriented education，family upbringing criticized，complicated social environment，and potential harm posed by internet addiction and online pornography. In order to create an environment for healthy growth of teenagers，the coordination of community，family and school is in need to be established.
