corruptions on the recruitment of colleges and universities in 2009 shocked the public. On the basis of the basic recruitment procedure，we analyzed five categories of corruption on recruitments，revealing the influence of power and money in such “high-stake test” as the university entrance examination. Effective crackdown of these corruptions requires comprehensive reform in education and administration. However，Law for Examination under formulation and Measures for Violation Behavior in Educational Examination issued by the Ministry of Education do not touch fundamental issues in recruitment system and college system.
