2009年岁末，“中国导弹之父”钱学森留下的“为什么我们的学校总是培养不出杰出人才”之问，激起全国上下反思高等教育改革的新高潮。我们以“钱学森之问”为注脚，考察2009年政府、高等学校为教育改革和发展所付出的努力，期待大学改革“突出重围”。
<<In the end of 2009，Hsue-shen Tsien，the father of missile in China，put forward a question “Why universities in China could not produce talents”，arousing a new wave of public retrospection of higher educational reform. With this question in mind，we investigated the efforts of government and higher education institutions in educational reform and development，hoping to find a breakthrough strategy for this task.
