The essential of the road of urbanization lies in the ways or conditions that mankind achieves in the transition from the rural style of production and living to the urban one. In fact，as the source of innovation，many municipal authorities in China have been exploring arduously and persistently the road of urbanization. Chengdu，the capital of Sichuan province is one of the important cities that have been proactive in exploring the road of urbanization. Those successful experiences not only contributes to the theoretical source and examination in practice for exploring new road of urbanization in China，but also serves as significant reference for the development of the urbanization in developing countries.
