With the rapid development of China's commodity economy,product quality supervision system has been gradually established and improved. But significant product quality incidents occurred in recent years,which shows that China's product quality supervision system still has some problems. Problems mainly include multiple management of product quality and regulatory agencies,weak regulatory capacity of grassroots quality supervision,poor information transmission channels of product quality. This report suggests that the quality supervision departments should focus on the following tasks: smoothening regulatory functions to avoid multiple regulatory; increasing the punishment; expanding information channels to improve effective transmission of information about product quality. <<
