Progress has been made in the first decade of the 21st century in China-Africa relations，which laid a good foundation for the further development of China-Africa relations in the next decade. Further deepening China’s investment and cooperation in Africa，in line with the development strategy of China and Africa，is of great significance. However，China’s investment and cooperation in Africa is also facing issues such as business management lag，lack of risk protection mechanisms and inexperienced enterprises. Nevertheless，China-Africa investment cooperation has a broad prospects. Future China-Africa cooperation should continue to treat mutual benefit and win-win cooperation as the basic principle. Under the guidance of the existing cooperation experience and cooperation model，pertinent promotion with focus，according to different region and industry，should be done to deepen China’s investment cooperation in Africa. Thus，we need to do the overall planning of the China-Africa investment cooperation and standardize China-Africa investment cooperation from policy support，mechanism improvement to service assurance.
