职业取向是社会成员对从事某种职业的倾向性态度。根据对我国博士毕业生的抽样调查数据的分析,本报告发现博士毕业生倾向于到东部地区和大城市就业,在工作类型上首选教学和科研工作,多数人对未来职业成就有较高预期;他们在选择职业时,最重视的因素是工作的发展空间、薪酬水平以及与本人兴趣的契合程度等。在此基础上,本报告进一步分析了博士职业取向形成的影响因素,职业取向与实际就业的关系等问题,并提出了相应的政策建议。
<<Occupational orientation is the attitude of the social members towards selecting a certain kind of occupation. According to a social survey,China’s Ph.D. graduates preferred to work in costal area and metropolitan area. As for the type of jobs,most of them listed teaching and R&D as their priority. Most of them also had quite high occupational expectation. When selecting an occupation,the most important dimensions they would concern were potential development of the job,wage and whether or not the job matched their interests. The report also analyzed the factors influencing Ph.D. graduates’ occupational orientation,and the correlation between occupational orientation and actual job selection. The policy implication of the research was discussed in the end of the report.
