随着高新技术的发展,应用型人才在经济建设中发挥着举足轻重的作用,而应用型人才的评价则是应用型人才整体开发与管理的中间环节和基础性工作,起着承上启下的作用。目前我国应用型人才评价工作中还存在许多不足,还没有一套专门针对应用型人才的评价体系,极大地影响了应用型人才作用的发挥。为此,本文在明确应用型人才内涵后首先对其进行了分类,接着对各类型应用型人才能力体系分别做了界定,最后在此基础上从八个方面构建出了应用型人才评价体系。
<<With the development of high-tech,application-oriented personnel plays a decisive role in the development of the economic,while the evaluation of application-oriented personnel is the basic work of the overall development and management of application-oriented personnel and it plays a connecting role. However,there are still many inadequacies in the evaluation of application-oriented personnel in our country,and there is no special evaluation system for the application-oriented personnel,which influences the role of application-oriented personnel greatly. In this case,after we have a clear definition of application-oriented personnel,this paper classifies them. And then it makes clear the capacity that all types of application-oriented personnel should possess. On this basis,the paper builds the evaluation system for the application-oriented personnel from eight areas.
