为了提高上海市肉品安全水平，课题组以科学发展观为指引，对上海市肉品供应及消费现况进行了描述，对威胁上海市肉品安全的主要问题及原因进行了分析，列举了近年来肉品安全监管工作成效，提出了综合性及针对性科学监管对策。
