The paper is to analyze the industrial organization condition of the healthcare food industry in China，based on the industrial organization theories；and the market structure，market behavior and market performance，to improve the industrial competitiveness and resources deployment efficiency of the healthcare food industry；and put forward suggestions for improvement of the industrial organization condition in respect of the industrial development strategy.
