Irregularities and corruption are uncommon but do exist in the practice of the civil organizations in China，including arbitrary charges，lack of regularities，going against public purpose，working for one’s own ends in public affairs，having little coffers and etc. Corruption is due to the imperfect legal system，regulations and related systems，and supervision loopholes. The anti-corruption mechanism of the civil organizations in China should be established soon based on the reference to the positive experiences gained by the civil organizations in developed countries.
