In the field of international economic law，China had actively promoted and been playing an increasingly important role in the WTO Doha Development Round Negotiation in 2008.After the breakout of the global financial crisis，the international community has strengthened cooperation，and scholars of international law began to reflect on international financial legal system which was built after World War II and has been in operation to this day，and called for the reform of such system.China will play a unique and important role in overcoming the financial crisis and in reconstructing the international financial system in the future.
