The modern olympic movement has adopted a legalized mode of operation that interacts in a mutually beneficial way with modern legal system thereby creating new demands and framework of sports law.China should take the successful organization of the 29th Beijing Olympic Games in 2008 as the opportunity to promote the development of sports law.This should include mainly the amendment of the Sports Law，the establishment of sports arbitration system，the legal protection of sports-related Intellectual property，and the creation of“soft environment”for sports Laws.
