In 2012, Henan Province continued to explore a scientific road for the coordinated development of the "Three-nization"(new urbanization, new industrialization and new agricultural modernization) led by new urbanization, and made efforts to promote the constructions of urban clusters of central cities, new urban zones, industrial clusters, the Central Business Districts, and characteristic commercial areas, and the new rural communities. Through above efforts, Henan has made great achievements: 1)it becomes a consensus that the new urbanization leads the coordinated development of the "Three-nization"； 2)the level of Henan urbanization obviously gets improved; 3) the five-class urban system is initially formed; 4)urban function is becoming completed; and 5) the coordination of urban and rural development is strengthened. But there are still many contradictions and problems for new urbanization to play as a leading role. Based on comprehensive consideration of the current situation, in 2013, the mechanism of coordinated development of the "Three-nization" led by new urbanization will be improved, the platform will be more complete, support ability will be more powerful, the effect will be more prominent. We should not only see the achievement from the coordinated development of the "Three-nization" led by new urbanization, but also fully be aware of the difficulties and problems in advance. And then we can fully recognize the situation and take effective measures to actively promote the coordinated development level of the "Three-nization" led by new urbanization. <<
