New Rural Community is the way to realize urban-rural integration. It is the dwelling pattern and social formation that arise when the socio-economic develops to a certain stage. Henan Province brings new rural community in its urban systems and in situ urbanization in its urbanization strategy, as to focus on strenthening the new rural community's function as the basis of the new urbanization strategy. Henan's practice has theoretical significance and practical values as: 1) it initiates a new urbanization road which takes bottom-breakthrough and local transferring as key characters and urban-rural integration as its essential intension; 2) it succeeds in finding the joint point of coordinating urban and rural, the starting point to integrate urban and rural, and the growth point to promote rural development; and 3) it forms an important grip and builds an important platform to realize that new rbanization leads the harmonious development of new urbanization, new industrialization and new agriculture modernization. <<
