Now many parts of Henan new rural communities are being constructed quickly. Innovation of the management system has been explored to improve the management level.In Zhengzhou, Xinxiang, Pingdingshan, Luoyang and other places, some reforms have been made on household management,property right system,community services and other aspects with better effects. Overall,at present the new rural community management system is still lagging behind social economic development level.
