Since joining the Convention on the protection of the international non-material cultural heritage，our government has built up the organization system and a theoretical system to protect the non-material cultural heritage in ten years. Nowadays，the development of the non-material cultural heritage protection is heading to be regularized，industrialized，integrity protected and humanized，during which culture innovation has played a key role. It promotes the protection and inheritance of the non-material cultural heritage by the innovation of the system and technology.
