As the largest victims of antidumping actions，China’s exporting enterprises are still faced with pressure from trade protection in post-crisis era. Foreign antidumping measures have many adverse impacts on the development of exporting enterprises as well as on the employment situation in exporting industries in China，and it is very difficult for China’s enterprises to defend themselves in antidumping lawsuits. This article explains the causes of frequent antidumping actions faced by Chinese enterprises，clarifies the characteristics of antidumping actions enforced by foreign countries at the present time，analyses the dilemma faced by Chinese exporting enterprises in foreign antidumping actions，and proposes some strategies for Chinese exporting enterprises to deal with foreign antidumping lawsuits.
