Organized crime and Targeted Actions against Criminal Force in Jilin Province are representative of such crimes and the targeted actions in the country. This article conducts a thorough research on targeted actions through literature review，questionnaire investigation，informal discussion and interview，analyzes the current situation，characteristics and trend of development of organized crime in Jilin Province，and summarizes the successful experiences accumulated during Targeted Actions with a view to providing guidance to the future campaigns against organized crime in the country.
