2009年中国人才的发展取得了显著成就,在各类以及人才政策等诸多方面均有重大进展,但仍存在人才不够用、不适用、不被用等不适应经济发展的诸多问题。针对这些问题,需要从抓好“两个纲要”落实、贯彻以用为本思想、创新人才环境、促进人才合理流动、突出产学研合作、实施人才国际化战略等多重维度,来谋划解决思路。
<<Chinese talent development has made a great achievement in 2009.But there are still some problems such as shortage of professionals,inapplicable to work,talent disuse. In order to solve these problems,we need to implement the “Two Outline”,carry out the thought of “priority of talent,utility based”,create new talent environment,promote talent flow,combine the production,learning and research,implement the Internationalization of talent strategy,and so on.
