In 2007，the enactment and promulgation of the Law on Real Right was a major event in China.Recalling the legislative process，the formulation of the Law on Real Right summoned idea conflict，especially the conflict with regard to idea of private ownership.Through great efforts，the Law on Real Right fully recognized protection of private ownership，which was a milestone in entering constructing society.It can be regarded as a great ideological emancipation.
