The promulgation and implementation of “China’s Labor Contract Law” is a major event in construction of China’s socialist legal system，which have and will continue to have far-reaching impact on China’s political，economic and social lives.Another focus on the rule of law in 2007，was the case of the shady brick kiln abuse incident occurred in Shanxi province and the resulted comprehensive inspection of the situation of labor and employment，which have further promoted the universal awareness of the problems on the systemic resolution concerning labor relations，and provided tremendous impetus to the “Labor Contract Law” under deliberation.Wide attentions have been paid to the legislation of “Labor Contract Law” by the community.The concerned authorities were engaged in certain fierce debates on the legislative purpose and other focused issues，resulting nearly 200000 comments.After comparison and consultation，a consensus has been reached ultimately.Whereas the NPC Standing Committee unanimously voted for pass，a model for democratic and scientific legislation has been created.
