According to the basic market-maker system theory，this paper analyzes the conditions of present China’s OTC trading system and its efficiency，maintaining that the market-maker system is an effective way to solve the problem for the current trading system which is not transparent and poor-liquid after analyzing China’s existing OTC market system and its current situation，and it also explains the necessity for national OTC market to introduce the market-maker system，and then discusses how to develop market-maker system.
