The paper firstly reviews the progress in building innovation and entrepreneurship bases for high-level overseas talents in Guangzhou and introduces the information and policy environment of existing bases. Then, the paper compares and analyzes the bases in Guangzhou and other famous innovation and entrepreneurship bases for high-level overseas talents in domestic and overseas cities, and thus makes a appraisal to the building of the existing bases in Guangzhou.
