The cultural and tourism industries here are endowed with a solid foundation and broad prospects for development primarily due to the affluent cultural resources and tourism resources. For disparity in economic level，regional advantages，etc，the development of the cultural industry and tourism industry in economic zone is very uneven and financing size is small，financing method is still single and lots of resources remain to be exploited. If governments at different levels within the economic zone are willing to strengthen cooperation by setting up and running collectively joint-stock companies，it will surely enhance financing size，contributing to their great-leap-forward development.
