Central Asia is a focused region in the academic circle for its abundant resources，unique geopolitical position and complex security situation. In 2013，the Central Asian countries continue to promote political reform and the security situation is generally stable. Whereas the Russia-US security game is still going on，the pattern of international relations in Central Asia has changed. The reemergence of “Three Evil Forces” makes it hard to be optimistic on anti-terrorism situation in Central Asia，which is a huge challenge to China’s perimeter security. China depends on the Shanghai Cooperation Organization （SCO），strengthening the close cooperation between the member states in order to effectively combat the “Three Evil Forces”.
